FreakECE - Question 1
The book Freakonomics has been inspirational to many atleast in the usage of the word "incentive". It gained popularity because of tricky questions with never said before answers. in simple(r) words, he went out of the box. For our part let us also ask some freaky questions and try to answer them. I guess it would be interesting. Now, question arises as to what classifies to be a freaky question. simple. The question must be about a subject which we are coming across in our daily lives still never bothered to analyse it. The question should n't give answer straight out and should demand arguments.
BTW, why the name FreakECE? its a tribute to Kicha the vampire lier who gave us the name techECE.
o.k. Let me start with an average question which i don't know the answer. We see tata indica cars in large as national permit - government tourist vehicle. why is that so?

this might not be an answer to ur answer ram - but i guess it is still worth mentioning.

Tata Indica (or that series of cars) come in two flavors. The commercial version is the Indica that we know of. It has got the petrol and the Diesel version. But the full white, nat permit, govt vehicles are diff from these. These are "probably" stripped down, diesel-only versions of the commercial vehicles. Tata calls them the Indicabs. These are the same cars sold to the Call Taxi guys also. I am not aware of the specific differences, but was told that these cars are different - which sounded reasonable to me.

Lemme try answering ur Question. Isnt that coz of the fact that the Tata are ALWAYS inclined towards Govt deals and projects. They will be ready to offer that on a subsidized budget too. Remember them pitching for the e-governance project, which they even proposed to undertake at a lower cost budget or something. And even historically, the Tatas are always known to have such preferences right?!? The Tatas sure can offer cars at lower rates compared to the Hyundais or even the Marutis.

Now - i have one question!!! If the Vampire Slayer is BUFFY, shouldnt the Vampire Lier be KIFFY?!?!

I believe that maruthi can provide same cost advantage what tatas can provide. whatever advantage u say tata has, maruthi also has. ex- govt. influence, indian lineage, low-cost.
if kicha is o.k with the name i don't have any problems. what about ruby the vampire lier?
